JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. a. For issuance of direction, order, or writ, including writ in nature of Mandamus to direct the respondents no. 1-8 to make proper investigation regarding illegal construction and selling the same flats to different persons, ignoring the petitioners who are allottees of flats and have paid more than 70% of the cost of the flats, being constructed by Nissaa Realtors PVT. LTD. at Saguna, Bailey Road, Patna, b. Issuance of direction, order, or writ, to direct the respondents No. 9-13 to execute the sale deed and allot possession of flats to the petitioners or refund their amount according to the present Market Value."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15493 of 2024(2) dt.07-10-2024 3/3 petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
