The petitioner is languishing in jail since 09.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 366A, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner along with others kidnapped the son of the informant and married him. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the photograph of the marriage suggests that it was not a marriage under threat and statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 5 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
