1. Mr. Bipin Bihari Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner,
Patna High Court CWJC No.14275 of 2016(4) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 submits that the case of the petitioner is fully covered with the judgment dated 06.02.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5720 of 2019 by this Court.
2. Learned counsel for the State submits that it is correct that the case of the petitioners is covered by judgment passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ application.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration their respective submissions, the writ application is disposed exactly in terms of the order dated 06.02.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5720 of 2019. The respondent/authorities are directed to calculate remuneration of the petitioners at the rate of Rs. 8,000/- with effect from 2012 and subsequent increment and to pay the arrears of the balance amount after deducting the amount of remuneration which has already been paid to the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed with the aforesaid direction.
