This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are parents of victim, Kajal Kumari, who allegedly died within seven years of her marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

Submission of the petitioners is that the petitioners are parents of the husband of the victim. The enclosed prescription would reveal that the victim was suffering for livery psoriasis and, in fact, she died of liver psoriasis and after disposal of the dead body in presence of her paternal family members just to pressurize, this false case has been lodged.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be
