The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.67 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections341, 323, 307, 379, 380, 498A, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that marriage has been solemnized 15 years ago and now the petitioner has been made accused levelling allegation against him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of submission, as above, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below and he will be granted provisional bail and the Opposite Party No.2 will be called upon and the learned court below will try to make settlement between the parties and if the learned court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10495 of 2017 (3) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 is satisfied with the conduct of the parties during mediation, he will confirm the bail bond of the petitioner otherwise, he will pass any other order.
