2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of total 169.125 litres of illicit from the Swift Dzire car bearing Registration No. BR01AU8277 and the seized liquor was to be delivered to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the disclosure statement of the apprehended co-accused. He has no concern either with the seized liquor or car. Nothing

He has no knowledge about the seized liquor kept in the car. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 24.06.2025. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the trial of the case.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 320 of 2025.
