Petitioner has approached this Court against the order passed by the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Raj Manikauli, Distt. Darbhanga vide letter No. 102 dated 25.6.2016 by which the services of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher has been terminated.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the District Teachers Appellate Authority has been constituted and it is functioning in the concerned District and, therefore, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15356 of 2016(3) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 petitioner may raise his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Darbhanga.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ application is disposed with a direction to the petitioner to approach the District Appellate Authority against the impugned order.

It is made clear that if the appeal is filed along with the condonation of delay petition, the learned District Appellate Authority shall consider the same in accordance with law. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) S.Ali/- U
