Mr.Sri Anish Chandra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Patepur P.S.Case No. 80 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is brother-in-law of the deceased and allegation against them is of dowry death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no specific allegation attributed against any of the petitioners and allegation of demand is against husband and deceased died due to illness.

Heard learned APP also who has opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail stating that death of deceased is caused due to

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-X, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
