2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Nagar PS Case No. 458 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code, which was earlier rejected by this Court on 14.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29579 of 2022.

3. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received which has been kept at Flag'R'.

The report of learned Addl. District & Sessions JudgeIII-cum-Vaishali at Hajipur dt. 30.10.2023 suggests that in charge-sheet there are 26 named witnesses and trial is likely to be concluded within two years.

The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
