JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016 instituted for the offence under sections 384, 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no complaint by anybody that donation has been given to this petitioner on the basis of forged receipt as alleged against him. It has further been alleged that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case in the backdrop of the dispute between two rivals for establishment of Madrasa in question at an actual place.

As per written report, there is allegation against this petitioner that he was collecting donation in the name of Madrasa

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6031 of 2017 (4) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 Hasmia Parsahi, Koshi Colony Tharbitta, Fulparas. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
