2. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to transfer the petitioner as per Rule 3 read with Rule 5 (kha) of Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teacher Transfer (Disciplinary Action and Promotion), Rules, 2018.

Without entering into the merit, the present writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya to consider the representation which is said to have been filed by the petitioner on 05.06.2023 (Annexure-P/3 to the writ petition) in terms of Rule 3 read with Rule 5 (kha) of Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teacher Transfer (Disciplinary Action and Promotion), Rules, 2018 in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
