ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. Considering that the Petitioner is accused in two other cases of similar nature , I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 83 of 2014, pending before Sri Rahul Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna.
