Learned counsel for the Bihar State Housing Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board') has assisted the Court. 3.
3rd supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the Board from which it transpires that the order dated
Patna High Court MJC No.1476 of 2014 dt.16-10-2019 2/2 17.05.2013 passed in CWJC No.9391 of 2011 has been complied with.

On 18.07.2018, the Court had recorded that on previous day also nobody had appeared to prosecute the case. Thus, it was dismissed for want of prosecution. However, later on, it was restored. Thereafter, on 30.09.2019 also, nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned. 5.
In the aforesaid background and taking note of the materials brought on record in the 3rd supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the Board, the Court finds nothing remains in the present application.

Accordingly, the same stands disposed off.
