ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Wazirganj P.S. case No.220 of 2014 registered under Sections 384 and 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending before the court of C.J.M., Gaya.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
