The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 340 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(A) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 80 litres of illicit liquor from a motorcycle being driven by the petitioners herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner have been falsely implicated in the present case and neither the motorcycle nor the illicit liquor belong to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79380 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 petitioners. The petitioners are stated to be having a clean antecedent and they are languishing in custody since 24.11.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-IInd-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with G.O. Case No. 340 of 2018.
