2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2033 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is submitted that the dispute involved between the parties is purely civil in nature. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67388 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st Class, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 2033 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
