JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 6.750 liters of liquor from the semi constructed wooden house of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and concocted. The semi constructed wooden house is not of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned
