The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/307/333/ 379 /511 / 147/148/149/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The FIR contains allegation against the Naxal outfit to have committed murder of three policemen. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2016.

Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 06.04.2018 with direction to the learned trial Judge to expedite the conclusion of trial. The report of the learned trial Judge is that the trial is

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No.92 of 2016, arising out of Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No.522 of 2002, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
