3. This application has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties/contemnors for disobedience and flagrant violation of the judgment and order of

Patna High Court MJC No.3039 of 2024(4) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 this Court dated 07.04.2023 passed in CWJC No. 2578 of 2018.

4. The parties have jointly submitted that the entire compensation amount has been made and the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners do not want to prosecute any further.

5. The order of this Court dated 07.04.2023 passed in CWJC No. 2578 of 2018 has been complied and accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
