Earlier Misc. Case No.1959 of 2013, whereby the proceeding initiated in that case under Section 144 Cr.P.C. between the parties, was converted into proceeding under Section 145 Cr.P.C. for deciding the factum of possession but it appears from the status report dated 06.04.2018 submitted by S.D.M., Sadar, Gaya that Misc. Case No.1959 of 2013 has been disposed of, so the present matter has become infructuous, accordingly, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
