The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 343, 376, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the sister of Md. Amir. Allegation of sexual exploitation of the informant is against Md. Amir. Allegation against the petitioner is that when the parents of the victim with the help of police went to the house of the petitioner to search their daughter, the petitioner left the victim near her house and fled away.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9698 of 2017 (2) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur/successor court in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. case no. 204 of 2016 (G.R. no. 3838 of 2016) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
