The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Barhat P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 302 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that petitioners are wives of brothers of the husband of the deceased. In the Fardbeyan, it appears that general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioners.

From the order of the learned Sessions Judge also it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

No.9319 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also that the petitioners being ladies, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.K. Yadav, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
