2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code though the charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 366/376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner with the help of one co-accused abducted the minor daughter of the informant with bad intention.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2023 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of

The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The victim has been recovered. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 CrPC has denied the allegations made in the FIR. She had left the house out of her own will.

5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below/court concerned in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S.
