ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piro P.S.Case No. 146/2014 instituted for the offence under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara.

Considering that the looted jewellery was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, which was subsequently identified in T.I. parade, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in view of serious nature of offence.
