The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Rajpur Police Station Case No. 115 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The Police intercepted and seized a truck and from there a huge quantity of illegal liquor has been recovered. The truck driver has given the name of this petitioner is of owner of rice mill and said illegal liquor.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the court below
