Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 339 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to political rivalry. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. The specific allegations are against co-accused Brajesh Kumar and Sonu Kumar.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on
