JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-04-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2195C of 2017 registered under Sections 323 and 498A of the Indian penal Code.

Both parties have appeared before this Court and vide order dated 24.01.2019, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre at Araria and now the report of Mediation Centre is available at Flag-A which disclosed that matter was settled between the parties in the light of compromise. Heard both sides and they have not controverted the above fact.

In view of facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender before the court below within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80338 of 2018(3) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on his surrender, provisional bail granted to him vide order dated 24.01.2019 shall be confirmed with condition that he will abide by the terms and conditions as mentioned in the report which is at Flag A and it is also expected that both parties will abide by terms and conditions mentioned in mediation report.

It is also made clear that if petitioner fails to abide by terms and conditions, O.P. No. 2 is at liberty to move before the court for cancellation of his bail bond.
