Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016 registered under Sections447, 341, 323, 324, 379, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The present case has been lodged implicating the petitioner only with a view to put pressure. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. There is no injury. No independent witness has supported the allegations.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3473 of 2017 (3) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
