The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 414, 401, 403, 413, 467, 468, 471, 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21392 of 2018 with liberty to renew

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1042 of 2019(20) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 the prayer for bail after six months. Moreover, the coaccused, Rajeev Kumar @ Raju Kumar having more or less similar allegation has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 8497 of 2018. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since18.10.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-IV, Patna in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2017.
