2. This writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the honorarium to the petitioner from 04.09.2020 up till today with interest within the stipulated period as the petitioner is working as a Night Guard in the Upgraded Higher Secondary School, Gangsara, Sarairanjan, Samastipur.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on going through the writ application, it appears that the petitioner has filed representation on 31.05.2024 and 01.06.2024
Patna High Court CWJC No.14377 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 (Annexure-P2 series to this writ application) before the District Magistrate, Samastipur (respondent no.2), which have not been disposed of as yet.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh detailed representation before the respondent no.2 along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the respondent no.2 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing, if necessary, and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.
5. It is made clear that respondent no.2 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
