This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to pay admitted due salary difference of husband of the petitioner, who died on 11.01.2020, to the tune of Rs. 8,26,041/- to the petitioner on account of promotion of her husband from the post of Lecturer to the post of Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal Commerce Mahavidyalaya Sahugarh, Madhepura under B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed several representations for redressal of her grievance but no action has been taken till date.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioner is directed to file fresh representation before the Registrar, B.N. Mandal Unviersity, Lalu Nagar, Madhepura (Respondent No. 5) with all the supporting documents and notifications within a period of six weeks from today.

5. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 5 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation and if petitioner is found entitled for payment of any admissible dues, the same shall be paid to her within a period of six months thereafter.

6. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
