The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 209 of 2018 arising out of Parsauni P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 366, 367, 368, 376, 323, 379, 506 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there was lover affair between the petitioner and the informant and they have also performed marriage, which is evident from annexure-2. Moreover, the complaint case has been filed after lapse of one year from the date of occurrence

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78872 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 which creates doubt over the prosecution version. The petitioner is rotting in custody since 17.02.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-1st, Sitamarhi in connection with S.Tr.
