Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 307, 354, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Moreover, similarly situated person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 30.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 46973 of 2019. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
