ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Bidupur P.S. case No.176 of 2014 registered under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
