The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No. 166 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The specific allegation against these petitioners is that they along with dismissed Principal Dr. Kamini Kumari entered into the chamber of the Acting Principal (informant) and abused him and indulged in scuffling. Another allegation is that Dr.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5547 of 2017 (3) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Kamini Kumari alongwith then teacher Pramila Kumari raised fund to the tune of Rs. 18-20 lacs but not deposited said amount in the college account.
It is submitted that there is no specific allegation of any fraud or forgery committed by these petitioners; only allegation against them of entering into the chamber of headmaster and of abusing and pushing him, moreover, they have no criminal antecedent, however the specific allegation is against Dr. Kamini Kumari and Pramila Kumari, who are not petitioners in this bail application.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No. 166 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
