The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tekari P.S.Case no.283 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of trying to outrage the modesty of minor niece of the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that money of the petitioner was dues with the informant, who happens to be uncle of the victim and when he demanded the money scuffle took place, which will appear from para 34/35 of the case diary and later on he came to know that he has been implicated in the false and concocted case.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.79217 of 2018(3) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge Ist cum Special Judge POCSO Act, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S.Case No.283 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
