In a representative capacity, the writ application has been filed for a direction to hold enquiry about the age of respondent nos. 11 and 12 who were appointed by the respondents-State as Panchayat Teacher(s).
In substance, the allegation is that in the matter of appointment of Panchayat Teachers, the respondents have committed several
Patna High Court CWJC No.9580 of 2014 dt.27-10-2016 2/2 illegalities inasmuch as the applicant(s) have also been appointed on fake certificates.
The counsel for the respondent no. 2 has rightly pointed out that this is a Public Interest Litigation. He also submits that a Division Bench of this Court is in seisin of C.W.J.C. No. 15459 of 2014 which relates to the illegalities committed in large scales in the appointment of Panchayat Teachers. A web copy of the order dated 20.09.2016 has been produced for perusal of the Court which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
The counsel for the petitioner having appreciated the aforesaid has submitted that the petitioner, if so advised, will approach the said court for relief.
No relief is granted.
