The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
For dispute relating to partition of property coaccused Raju Rai allegedly caused injury at the head of the father of the informant on 16.09.2016, as a result whereof he died during the course of treatment on 22.09.2016.
Allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. There is case and counter case.
Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date

No.9437 of 2017 (2) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra/Successor Court in connection with Madhoura Police Station Case No.446 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
