JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner nos. 1 and2 being brothers and petitioner no. 3 being mother of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after nine years of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is not specific against these petitioners and the accusation is only specific against the husband of the victim. Petitioner no. 2 is physically challenged person and petitioner no. 3 is aged lady. It is further submitted that the informant has retracted from the initial version.

No.1196 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria Mufassil P.S. Case No. 614 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
