The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 369 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 272 and 273 IPC and Sections 30(a), 41(1) and 41(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2018.
