JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to the authority to consider the pending representation against the impugned order of transfer.

Whenever an employee is aggrieved of an order of transfer, he may file a representation to the higher authority and, therefore, this Court, without going into the merit of this case, would definitely expect the competent authority to examine the case of the petitioner and pass an order on the pending representation, if any, filed by the petitioner. With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
