2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c)/21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. This is a second bail attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.05.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 3594 of 2025. On perusal of records, it appears that petitioner had directly approached to this Court whereas his remedy lies first before the Trial Court and then if any grievance is still left, then he shall approach to this Court.

4. Accordingly the prayer for regular bail application of the petitioner is refused at this stage. Petitioner is at liberty to move before the Trial Court for his grievance and Trial Court shall pass the order without being prejudiced with the present order and if any grievance is still left with the petitioner, he shall approach to this Court.
