JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 325, 385, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that in the background of dispute with regard to fishing, the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant with fists, slaps and butt of the pistol. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the specific accusation of firing is against co-accused Devendra Chaudhary and petitioner no.4, Raja Chaudhary but no firearm injury was caused. The injury report reflects virtually no injury. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2023 of 2015 (2) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
