2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 316 (3) , 318 ( 4 ) and 303 ( 2 ) of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Dilip Kumar alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons disappeared the rice of informant which was loaded on the truck in question .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of this petitioner transpired during course of investigation . Petitioner is neither owner nor driver the vehicle in question and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, materials available on record, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 282 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
