The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 594 of 2016, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 54, 57, 60 and 63 of the Excise Act.
The accusation is that the police, on receiving secret information about selling of illicit liquor in Indu Sharma Lodge, reached there and found one black colour bag, from which, seven bottles containing 750 ml of Indian made foreign liquor, one bottle bear of King Fisher and two mobile sets were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11907 of 2017 (2) dt.18-04-2017 petitioner, who is lady, has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion, saying that she is the owner of Sharma Lodge but the Sharma Lodge is belong to the Pataidar of this petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 594 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
