JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andhratharhi P. S. Case No. 13 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. petitioner has assaulted the father of the informant by fist and slaps and also administered something to him, later on, he died.

Submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no allegation of assault by any weapon and there was some scuffle between them and death is due to hemorrhage. He is in custody since 24.02.2019. Heard learned APP for the State also.

Having heard both sides, considering the submissions, made above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59429 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Andhratharhi P. S. Case No. 13 of 2019, with condition that he has to co-operate in disposal of the trial.
