The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.
According to FIR, Mr. Parmatma Singh the PDS Dealer had put the PDS articles in the house of this petitioner which was recovered by the authorities and FIR was lodged on 20.11.2016.
Submission of the petitioner is that co-accused Parmatma has already given written information to the local Sarpanch of temporary storage in the house of the petitioner as there was marriage in the family of the PDS dealer vide Annexure2 which was permitted on the same day with certain conditions.

No.9773 of 2017 (2) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/Successor Court in connection with Buxar (Industrial) Police Station Case No. 199 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as with condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
