The petitioner is in custody in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.01.2019. He further submits that after investigation police has submitted charge sheet under section 414 I.P.C. and 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.
