JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 19-12-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27853 of 2014 but due to typing mistake, father's name of the petitioner was typed as "Bouku Rai" in place of "Madhusudan Singh @ Maksudan Singh" and accordingly, it is prayed that the petitioner be permitted to make necessary correction of the name of petitioner's father in Cr. Misc. No. 27853 of 2014 and similarly, father's name of the petitioner be also corrected in cause, title of the order dated 19-12-2014.

Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in Cr. Misc. No. 27853 of 2014 and it is also ordered that father's name of petitioner No. 2 namely, Pawan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1741 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 Singh in Cr. Misc. No. 27853 of 2014 be read as "Madhusudan Singh @ Maksudan Singh" in place of "Bouku Rai". Furthermore, the petitioner must surrender before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 within four weeks from today. Accordingly, this Modification Application stands disposed off.
