This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 30(a)(F) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Fifty liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner on 20.11.2011. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and recovery was not from the conscious possession of the petitioner as the house is occupied by some other family members too.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with G.O. Case No. 119 of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief
